[cosmos-dev] More DC OSGi questions

When I run ‘test_osgi’ in eclipse, I can give the console dc commands like ‘dc list assemblies’ or whatever

But when I run OSGi from outside eclipse with the same bundle list, I get

‘No Runtime Available.’

 

All the bundles are the same, what am I missing? What is the magic from the eclipse environment that needs to be carried over to the standalone instance to get it to work.
