In preparation of the test-pass I'm creating the following structure in
COSMOS CVS to contain test cases for the end-to-end demo:

org.eclipse.cosmos/tests/common/org.eclipse.cosmos.examples.e2e.tests
The plug-in will contain a set of TPTP manual test suites that will exercise
the e2e scenario.  Please let me know by EOD if you oppose to the
idea.
