[cosmos-dev] i3 Candidate Driver Available

The COSMOS i3 candidate driver (COSMOS-1.0.0-200705221600)  has been made
available on the download page. A build report for the COSMOS drivers,
including the i3 candidate, will be made available soon and will be used to
validate the code's hygiene ( copyright missing or incorrect, non API
usage, plugin versioning )

I am also working on creating a testpass report page to be used for the
upcoming i4 testpass. We'll use this page to verify the testpass execution
results during the i4 testpass cycle
