The latest draft of the COSMOS Release
Plan has been posted in bug # 181267  (https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=181267).
 Please review the draft and post your comments to the bugzilla entry
by noon on Thursday.  We will walk through the updates during
Thursday's Community call.

Note: We especially need your feedback
on the sub-project descriptions.  I pulled descriptions from the design
documents currently on the wiki, but this may not be the most current information.
 The write-ups we use in this document should mirror the write-ups
you are providing Rich for posting on the web site.
