I have the additional plugin org.apache.xerces.xml.apis but the manifest
of org.apache.xerces seems to have a problem with...
Export-Package: META-INF.services,
or is this the just a pde syntax checker problem?

Xerces now requires an additional plugin: org.apache.xerces.xml.apis. It
is also available on Orbit. I think it is since Monday.
