Title: Declarative Services usage

Several bundles have been modified to use Declarative Services.

Please re-sync with CVS

You MUST have the following bundle in both the client and server

- org.eclipse.equinox.ds

In the server, set the StartLevel=2 and start=true

In the client, insure the bundle is checked.

There will be more changes related to the use of Declarative Service and the removal of the kick start code.
