Title: Corona Launchers

Any, besides me, thing that the number of Launchers that we have should be reduced?

I think we should have, in CVS

CoronaServer.Launcher and CoronaWBClient.Launcher.

I know some of the existing launcher in CVS DO NOT work!

This would make it easier for a Corona user/developer to launch Corona in the debugger.
