[corona-dev] Everyone needs to keep build.properties up to date.

  If you add a new folder of file to a plugin, you MUST update build.properties file. The modification is not necessary for Java classes and packages, i.e. files and subfolders of src. Any other folder needs to be explicitly included in build. Examples are: schema, model, plugin.xml, plugin.properties, log4j.properties.

  If a file is not listed in build.properties, it will not be included in result binaries. It is not possible to trace all changes in all plugins.
