[corona-dev] Web Service Extension Point

Bugz item #172309 (Create extension point for web service)
has been implemented.
This enhancement simplifies the deployment of
Corona server-side web services by using an Eclipse plugin extension point to
define web service endpoints.
Several Corona plugins were updated. You will
need to synchronize w/ CVS to use this feature.
Note: there is a issue w/ the Apache Axis/Muse
libraries used to deploy the web services. Until this issue is resolved,
the plugin that is providng the web services will need to have an "axis2.xml"
deployment descriptor in its "OSGI-INF" folder.
The following exsiting web services were refactored
to use the new web service extension point:
* ContextContainer
* ProjectContainer
* TeamMemberRepository
