an existing artifact is modified, its existing license stays the same.
- If
it is not an Eclipse (EPL) artifact, it should be submitted as a patch
to its origin

a new artifact is created (ex: extending an existing interface/class),
the new artifact should be licensed as EPL and committed to Corona’s CVS
repository.
- These
new files should be noted as having dependency upon 3rd party
libraries.
- Corona is a
Europa +2 project. Its IP requests will be processed after Europa
+0 and +1 project IP requests
