[corona-dev] Refactoring: Plugin Consolidation

Still more plugin refactoring…
To better organize Corona’s
plugins, the following plugin consolidation to combine dependent functionality
where appropriate has been implemented. I expect additional consolidation
to continue over the next week while most committers are off on holiday.
Per Bugz #168676 -
the plugin ‘org.eclipse.corona.repository’
has been merged into ‘org.eclipse.corona.container’.
The original contents of the repository plugin has been deleted (moved to
the CVS attic).
You will need to resynch your workspace to update all
projects.
An updated Team Project Set is attached.
