[corona-dev] Add/delete/modify ContextContainer

  I've dropped the server-side methods to add/delete/modify ContextContainer. Changes are made mainly in PropertyConfigurationStore and ContainerManager. Operations update memory maps and configuration files. The UI part is not included yet.

  The new exception hierarchy is used in the methods - they throw either CoronaSystemException (a failure in configuration operations) or CoronaBusinessException (incorrect container data - add of a duplicate, delete of a non-existing, etc).
