[corona-dev] Team repository tests

  JUnit tests for TeamRepository, TeamRepositoryAdapter and AdapterFactory are available in org.eclipse.corona.tests.repository

  Some tests fail now:

    XML team repository is read only, methods addMember, removeMember have only local effect.

    TeamRepository.close method is not implemented.

    TeamRepository.open throws NullPointerException if null RepositoryDescriptor is set.

    TeamRepository.get(set)Properties is not implemented
