1) Check whether following plugins are updated
* org.apache.log4j_1.2.13
* org.eclipse.corona.logger.log4j
2) Check whether equinox.log is started before log4j

bug 161196 is marked as fixed but I still see the problem and I have
sync.ed with latest code. So are additional steps I need to take to
"turn on" the fix?
One other comment it seems that we should add corona specific appenders
in a corona plugin rather than one labeled org.apache.log4j. I guessing
other have created their own version of org.apache.log4j
