[corona-dev] CVS Module Renaming - mostly complete

 

All Corona Eclipse Projects used in Corona 1.0.0.M4a should now be in:

 

cvsroot/technology/org.eclipse.corona/plugins

 

The difference between (Corona Demo for download ) M4 and M4a is the consolidation of packages for bug #157990   https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=157990

* org.eclipse.corona.project.container.explorer -> org.eclipse.corona.container.project.ui.explorer

* org.eclipse.corona.project.container.view -> org.eclipse.corona.container.project.ui.view

* org.eclipse.corona.client.project.builder -> org.eclipse.corona.container.project.ui.builder

into the org.eclipse.corona.container.project.ui 

 

Notes about building workspace:

  • create a new workspace
  • open CVS Repository View
  • right click New | Repository Location
  • Host=206.191.52.50  Repository path=/cvsroot/technology your userid and password
  • Import Team Project Set named Corona1.0.0.M4a.psf which is attached to this email
    • File | Import | Team | Team Project Set | Next | Browse to Corona1.0.0.M4a.psf  | Finish

 

 

Notes about what was done:

* There are still many project folders that do not hold any files and hopefully they can soon be deleted.

 

 

*There is one project in the org.eclipse.corona/plugins directory named del.eclipse.corona.common.collaboration  this project should not be used and will soon be removed.

 

 

*The package org.eclipse.corona.repository.dbms.team has not been release since we are awaiting approval from the PMC for the derby database.

 

The following projects were deleted:

  • org.eclipse.corona.model.container – moved to plugins
  • org.eclipse.corona.model.container.edit – moved to plugins
  • org.eclipse.corona.model.container.editor – moved to plugins

  • org.eclipse.corona.model.container.project – moved to plugins
  • org.eclipse.corona.model.container.project.edit – moved to plugins
  • org.eclipse.corona.model.container.project.editor – moved to plugins
  • org.eclipse.corona.repository.adapter.team – moved to plugins
  • org.eclipse.corona.repository.adapter.wp – moved to plugins
  • org.eclipse.corona.server.container.common -????
  • org.eclipe.corona.server.container.project – moved to plugins renamed to org.eclipse.container.manager
  • org.eclipse.corona.server.repository.team – moved to plugins renamed to org.eclipse.corona.repository.xml.team
  • org.eclipse.corona.server.test.container.project – moved to test renamed to org.eclipse.corona.tests.container.project
  • org.eclipse.corona.management.common – package moved into org.eclipse.corona

  • org.eclipse.corona.common.collaboration – renamed to org.eclipse.corona.collaboration
  • org.eclipse.corona.server.ecf – renamed to org.eclipse.corona.collaboration.ecf.container
  • org.eclipse.corona.common.ecf – renamed to org.eclipse.corona.collaboration.ecf
  • org.eclipse.corona.ui.tools – renamed to org.eclipse.corona.tools.ui

To do:

There some package renaming / bundle name still to do on org.eclipse.corona.tests.tools
