[corona-dev] Project Rename to org.eclipse.corona.container.manager from

CVS strikes again.  I renamed the project and the package to org.eclipse.corona.container.manager from org.eclipse.corona.server.container.project.  The problem is the name of the module org.eclipse.corona.server.container.project in CVS can’t be updated with a rename in eclipse.  I think to change it I have to check it in as a new module and then I lose all of the CVS history.  I’ll find out if there is a CVS module rename but I don’t remember there being one.
