I have checked again the problem with ECF >= 0.8.1 and it turned out,
that ECF has a broken distribution. They have added a plugin
org.eclipse.ecf.ui twice - one time it is as a directory and then it is
as a jar. When I removed the org.eclipse.ecf.ui_0.8.2.jar it compiled
sucessfully.
I'm going to enter them a bug in bugzilla :)

org.eclipse.ecf.ui.views.ChatLine renamed, moved or removed. The class
is used in org.eclipse.corona.client.collaboration.ClientApp
