I saw at least two open source projects with an OpenCOBOL back-end and an Eclipse IDE front-end, namely COBOL-IT Developer Studio (www.cobol-it.com) and the Cobos Project (www.metrixware.com/cobos). I haven't had time to check how well these plug-ins work, though. Has anybody had a look at them?
In any case, since these are all Eclipse-base open source project, wouldn't it make more sense to have them properly coordinated and may be unified?
