[cme-dev] Eugen Nistor's plugins committed

Hi,

I just committed two plugins developed by Eugen Nistor. Many thanks, Eugen!

The first is tools/org.eclipse.cme.highlight, which supports highlighting
of fine-grained (character or line level) concerns.

The second is incomplete/org.eclipse.cme.highlight.mpi, which supports
discovery of simple MPI-based concerns in MPI programs, and highlights
them, It is in "incomplete" because it depends on other plugins developed
by Jeff Palm and not yet committed - checking it out if you don't have
those plugins will result in compilation errors. When the others have been
committed, this plugin will be moved to tools also.
