[cme-dev] Moving the UI to Eclipse 3.0

I have just checked in my changes to
migrate the CME UI projects to Eclipse 3.0.  We are now officially
only supporting Eclipse 3.0 and will be using it as our main development
and test environment.  

In addition the Visualiser has been
updated with the latest version from the AJDT project, which Matt overhauled
earlier this year to paint significantly faster and to look much better.
 This new plug-in has been committed under the 'contributions' folder
in binary form, so as to avoid working on the same plug-in in two different
Eclipse projects.  If anyone has a workspace with the old plug-ins
in, you will need to delete the old Visualiser plugin and the corresponding
tests plug-in and check out the new version from 'contributions' before
you update the CME UI project.

Please take the time to try this out
and let me know if you have any problems or find any bugs.  

For anyone who wishes to build a 2.1-compatible
version of the plug-ins for any reason you will need to check out projects
under the "CME_0_1_3" tag.
