[cdt-doc-dev] cdt.doc.user build process updated

Hey all,

I have updated the build process to follow the same guidelines as JDT (I 
actually copied the jdt.doc.user's build script to do this). The doc.zip 
file is now generated as part of the CDT build. This should allow you too 
test out changes to the doc as you go. All you need to do is run the 
build.xml ant file with the zip.plugin target and install the resulting 
zip file into your plugins folder).
