[cdt-doc-dev] CDT documentation structure

I understand that there are plans to do work on the file structure of 
the CDT documentation. In the process of looking at the CDT 
documentation from the 1.2.0.61 build, I've been putting the files into 
a directory structure like this:
  -CDT1_2
     -concepts
     -reference
     -tasks
     -tutorial

If it would be useful, I can make this file structure available.
