If "org.eclipse.cdt.doc.user" is the name we want to use,
we need to ask Sebastien to pass along the request to the Eclipse CVS
folks.

In order to prepare for the User docs that Judy and Tanya are working
on, I am thinking it would be prudent to start the wheels going on
getting a new project ready to go in CVS (e.g.
org.eclipse.cdt.doc.user).  Any thoughts, or volunteers to get this
rolling?
