[cdt-dev] No new contribution for CDT 10.4.0 RC1

Hello folks,

I am away from home and my normal high quality internet connection (sort of on vacation :-)

That, combined with the only change since M3 being a small NPE when shutting down Eclipse (https://git.eclipse.org/r/c/cdt/org.eclipse.cdt/+/150358) I am not going to produce an RC1 contribution. The M3 contribution (https://www.eclipse.org/lists/cdt-dev/msg34994.html) is reused for RC1.

Today - 2021-09 RC1

Monday 6 Sep - 2021-09 RC2
Then we are in Quiet week(s) until the release on Wed 15 Sep.
