I think you can just create a bugzilla record with default severity and priority, AFAIK we are not playing too much with record "classification" like in other bug trackers.
In any case the record can be modified later :)

Ah, sure, I know too, myself, I have projects with lots (tens) of configurations, with weird names, like test-something-stm32f4-arm-gcc-debug, test-something-posix-clang-debug, etc ;-)
