I have the CDT contribution ready to go - but it can't be merged to simrel until Linux tools is ready too. 

https://git.eclipse.org/r/c/simrel/org.eclipse.simrel.build/+/166303 is for CDT - feel free to merge that when you are ready to do linux tools.
