Yes, there are problems with gerrit - See Bug 561802.

You can manually trigger patches with https://ci.eclipse.org/cdt/gerrit_manual_trigger/ (using query string status:open project:cdt/org.eclipse.cdt )

I have triggered the ones I could identify:
