Master is open again and the terminal is now part of CDT git and p2 repos! 

I have made a preliminary contribution for 2020-03 M2 based on that work. If there is new stuff by Monday I will do an additional M2 contribution. Either way official announcement of M2 will be Monday.

There is a critical bug at the moment in Meson plugin, so it is not part of the contribution. See bug 559641.
