a. Try to make it that only features are relying on newest version of platform
For 9.10 CDT is simply going to continue to build against 2019-09 / 4.13 Target
Platform. However I think we are going to need to bump that pretty soon after 9.10 CDT
release as our dependencies for newer features, such as LSP4E, will be upgrading.
Please let me know if/when this is a problem.
b. Ping emo@eclipse if and when yarn is supported
Yarn is not directly supported - however I have simply added “yarn list” to IP Log for 9.10.0 and Wayne will review. See email from Wayne, and IP log CQ (Eclipse committers only)
