We are having failures on the CI build still, attempts to resolve some of the earlier issues seem to be causing new ones. I have created Bug 552745 to track this if you want to follow along. The issues are all CI related, and not actually bugs in CDT as far as I know.

In the meantime, you can continue to submit gerrits, but some of the builds may fail.
