Hi cdt-dev-

 

I am attending EclipseCon and wondered if anyone is here who would be able to comment on the following topics?

 

  • Will Eclipse CDT be moving towards LSP as a default provider, especially for C/C++? Or will they continue with what they have?
  • Where is the best description of how the indexer actually works, under the hood? Or, who is the best person to query?

 

Paul (cc:ed) was not able to attend – he asked me to inquire about these.

If you have any insights please let me know if you can meet at EclipseCon to discuss or just reply to the list (or to us directly if this is not appropriate content for the list).
