I will endeavour to review these changes before RC2 - but we are a little short of time. If we don't get it in by Monday, we can release 9.9.1 soon (we don't need to wait until 2019-12).

Please rebase your change - this was fixed this morning, but your changes need to be rebased on top of the cdt.target change. (I believe you may have already kicked off the rebasing.) For other random failures I will restart the build if needed, or ignore the unstable test as your changes are not tested by them anyway.

The gerrits all assume that the previous gerrit fix has been applied, otherwise, the libraries needs to be rebuilt.
