[cdt-dev] CDT 9.9.0 RC1 (same as M3)

Hello folks,

At the moment I have not yet published a new build for CDT for Eclipse 2019-09 RC1. There has been one fix in the last week since M3, and the builds are temporarily broken. As we were supposed to have released by now, I am simply reusing M3 as RC1. I will get the above fix into RC2 and resolve the CDT build as soon as possible. Therefore the links below are the same as they were for M3.

CDT is planning on shipping 9.9.0 as part of the 2019-09 release. Please have a look at the New and Noteworthy and the active and completed bugs to see what is planned for this release.

The CDT p2 repo is https://download.eclipse.org/tools/cdt/builds/9.9/cdt-9.9.0-simrel-2019-09-m3/ and is based on commit 77f853e077  

The complete bundled C/C++ Package (the one that will be posted to https://www.eclipse.org/downloads/) will be ready this Friday/Saturday.

Today - 2019-09 RC1
Monday 9 Sep - 2019-09 RC2
Then we are in Quiet week(s) until the release on Wed 18 Sept.
