BTW, you can get it with a simple Check for Updates if the CDT 9.3 repo is enabled like it is with the Eclipse C/C++ IDE. Or from the following location directly

I published our latest 9.3.1 build to pick up Jonah’s fix for the build console and my fix for serial port names on Windows. There are a couple of other minor things there too (including start of CMake support for Visual C++ which is hidden).

 

I didn’t get around to changing the feature numbers so it still says 9.3.0 but has a timestamp from July. As good as I can do for now.
