It’s available now at http://download.eclipse.org/tools/cdt/builds/oxygen/milestones/rc1. It’ll get pushed to simrel once the verify job finishes.

Hi, I noticed that there is no RC1 contribution from the CDT yet.  If this is on-purpose, ignore.  It seems for Oxygen, RC1 is only 1 week from M7 whereas for Neon it was 2 weeks.
