[cdt-dev] Unable to commit change via Gerrit

Hi,

Gerrit is not letting me commit a change to the 9.2 branch: https://git.eclipse.org/r/#/c/87511/

There is no "Submit" button on the gerrit page, even though I marked the change as Verified +1 and Code Review +2.

This sometimes happens, and I usually solve it by Rebasing the change, then setting Verified +1 and Code Review +2 again, at which point the Submit button appears. However, this time I cannot Rebase either (it just says "Change is already up to date").

I am doing something wrong? How can I commit my change?
