Hi devs,

What is the cdt-verify-temp-duplicate job on HIPP, AFAICT it looks
like what its name says, but not sure of the purpose.

Interestingly for https://git.eclipse.org/r/#/c/86300/ the
cdt-verify-temp-duplicate job was successful, but cdt-verify was
unsuccessful (patch set 4)
