Hi all,

CDT 9.1/Neon.1 RC1 is August 22nd which is about 3 weeks away!

I only see one feature added to the N&N which is "Parameter Guessing":

But there are a lot of commits on master since 9.0.
Should there be more things in the N&N?
I need this info to prepare the release.
