+1 for including the fix for bug 480271.

If it's not too late, I wouldn't mind putting in the fix for bug 480271 [1]. I think it's a very low-risk fix (Sergey can give a second opinion on this), and it allows libc++ users on Mac (which I believe is most users on Mac) to use the C++11 <atomic> header, which I think is a notable benefit.

Thoughts?
