Re: [cdt-dev] Admin on Hudson
We are not testing race-conditions or other resource misuse issues with these, these  are regression tests. The main property of the these tests that should not randomly fail or hang.
Putting a lot of effort in allowing 2 sets of tests run at same time is a waste. I.e. if running remote gdb server now we have to setup another port, etc.

Is job running in docker container? If running two test jobs in parallel that share same resource like /tmp it may not work properly.

I have bumped up the number of executors back to 3. Since I’m still doing a lot of work towards 9.0.1, I have double the verify jobs with the cherry picks to master.

BTW, I’m getting random hangs in the tests. Would be good if we could figure out what’s causing them and fix them. Not sure how to do that if they only appear on the HIPP. Might need to make a jstack job or something.
