[cdt-dev] Minutes of breakpoints call

Hello,

we had a hangout today to discuss ways to improve breakpoint handling in CDT.
The issue is complex, but we hope to find good solutions to move forward.
We had three demos today showing different improvements that Mikhail has
started and that we want to make progress on as a community.

We need to think about what are the use-cases we want to address to better
define the solutions we want to focus on.
