Hey gang,

I am removing the Qt feature from the simrel repo for Neon. It's gone through a lot of re-engineering this release and I don't consider it ready for prime time. As I do more testing and feel comfortable with it, I'll create a preview entry in the Eclipse Marketplace as I did with Arduino and manage things that way.
