OK, I re-enabled it. At least now people will know about this bug
and why the build is stuck at this location.
Just to be clear, if you don't revert this, do builds still
get marked as unstable back to gerrit.
Yes, publishing the test results only affects how the test results
are presented. I also keeps a history (which is the central issue to
this bug!)
However, I am really happy to know about this, it explains
what I saw in a few of my gerrit runs, a build that takes 2+
hours, but the actual build part as reported by maven is 50
minutes.
