We don't really track changes that are not API so often the only thing that differs between release is the qualifier. Of course if someone spent the time to go trough the changes and bumps the micro version, that's better.

It seems that the CDT Mac Fragment version was not updated for Neon, it is still 5.3.0 (like Mars)  although the content differs.

Should that be fixed for RC3 ?
