I should have been clearer. I meant a patch for
http://git.eclipse.org/c/cdt/org.eclipse.tools.templates.git/ which
currently has mars/4.5 in the parent pom.xml

In this case, "release" doesn't apply yet right? Still beta?

No rush. I can maintain my own fork for a while :)

Oh, right, got my repos confused. The templates only has master on it. It's brand new for Neon. And I haven't branched it yet. And probably won't. Not much happening there now unless you have a patch :).
