[cdt-dev] API changes happening

Hey gang,

Don't update you're targets or do a pull for a hour or so. I'm pushing through an API change to the template engine that breaks the Qt plug-ins. I'll have that all resolved once I get all the builds through. I'll let you know when it's safe again.
