Thread-topic: Feature freeze in two weeks, May 2nd

Reminder that there is two weeks left to include features for CDT 9.0/Neon (M7 is May 2nd). After that it should only be bug fixes. This is to give adopters enough time to provide feedback on new features.

I propose to create the cdt_9_0 branch at that time so as to keep master open for new features for CDT 9.1 in September. That will mean bug fixes in master and in cdt_9_0 until the Neon release.
