Hey gang,

An Eclipse Marketplace entry for CDT was created by Paul Verest a while ago (thank you Paul!) and he's given control of it over to me. We will use this as the main way for users not using the Eclipse Package to get CDT.

I'll be tweaking it a bit over the next few weeks leading up to Neon. Let me know if you have any ideas for it and I can try and incorporate them.
