I'll be spending the week getting the Language Settings provider to not depend in ICProjectDescription and friends. Not sure if that'll lead to API changes but I will make sure to get it done by API freeze.

the M6 build is Monday March 21st (just over one week).  This is when we should stop making API-breaking changes, to allow for adopters to have time to adapt.  Anything such change after M6 should be communicated on the mailing list.

Non-API-breaking changes have until May 2nd.
