CDT 8.8.1 for Mars.2 is now available!
The Eclipse IDE for C/C++ Developers is available soon from the regular location at https://www.eclipse.org/downloads
but can be found already at https://www.eclipse.org/downloads/packages/eclipse-ide-cc-developers/mars2

The CDT p2 repo is up at http://download.eclipse.org/tools/cdt/releases/8.8.1
And a zip file of the repo's contents is available at http://download.eclipse.org/tools/cdt/releases/8.8.1/cdt-8.8.1.zip

The RCP stand-alone debugger is available from: http://download.eclipse.org/tools/cdt/releases/8.8.1/r/rcp
